Party Terms & Conditions

  • Your party is 2 hours in duration – 90 minutes play and 30 minutes in the party room approximately. All times subject to change. For the Pamper Princess party the party is 60 minutes play and 60 minutes in the room. Please respect these times as we have other parties to cater for.

  • Kidspace will reserve a table and four chairs for the two hours of the party in the Nest Café for parents and we will provide drinks here for the children during their play time. Reserved tables in the play frame area are for Toddler Parties ONLY.

  • Balloons can be bought the day of the party. We only allow balloons bought in Kidspace on the premises.

  • Kidspace provides all food, drinks and sweets for each party. Only food purchased in Kidspace can be consumed on the premises. No additional treats are to be consumed in the Party Room or in the Café.

  • Only the parents of the birthday child(ren) are allowed in the party room at the time of the party.
    For parties of more than 1 Birthday child only one cake will be cut for the party. This is due to timing in the room.

  • Children are not permitted re-enter the play frame after they have had their food in the party room.

  • We require a non-refundable deposit of €100 for all parties. This deposit will be deducted from your balance on the day of the party. However if your balance doesn’t reach € 100, unfortunately the remaining balance can’t be returned and cannot be used towards purchases in the Nest café.

  • We cannot change your party room on the day of the party, so please take note of the capacity of each room before making your booking.

  • Please state which party package you require, as these must be pre booked and cannot be changed on the day of the party.

  • Kidspace regularly caters for children with allergies. Please notify staff of any allergies when signing the children into the party.

  • You must provide your own birthday cake and candles. Cake will only be served to the children attending the party in the Party Room. This is the only food permitted into the playcentre.

  • On the day each guest attending your party will sign in and we will ask them for an emergency contact number if their parent/guardian is not staying for the duration of the party.

  • We will take shoes and coats at the party reception. Children will put shoes on before entering the party room. Kidspace takes no responsibility for any lost items.

  • All parties must notify reception of their departure after the party and the balance must be paid at this time.

  • Party bags are only suitable for children aged 3 years +. Staff members should be notified of any children that are under this age and are due to receive party bags.

  • No alcohol is permitted on the premises.

  • Please take note of our rules of play:

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or adult at all times in the play area

  • Main Play equipment is designed for children ages 3 to 8.

  • Toddler Area equipment is designed for children under 3 years.

  • Adults are NOT permitted on the play equipment.

  • Please remove shoes, loose articles of clothing and jewellery.

  • Socks and long sleeves must be worn at all times.

  • Slide one at a time in a forward seated position, feet first.

  • Please no climbing on or up the slides.

  • Please no climbing or standing on the outside of the play equipment.

  • Please no running, pushing, hitting or biting allowed.

  • Please no food, gum or drinks in the play equipment.

  • Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed here.

  • Please do not bring toys or other items into the play equipment.

  • If your child has a medical condition you must inform us before entering.

  • Kidspace accepts no liability for supervision, loss, damage or injury to persons or property within the centre, this does not affect your statuary rights.

  • Height and age restrictions are in force for the safety of all the children, please respect them.
